At Nashville Sounds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fan gear. If your purchase doesn't hit a home run, you can return or exchange unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the merchandise remains in peak condition during transit.

  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
